Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Gift cards or vouchers
Personal care, hygiene, or cosmetic products once opened
Customized or made-to-order items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must provide clear photos of the item and packaging along with the order number. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CittyMall Jordan is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning the product to receive further instructions.
