How to Apply Water-Based Tattoos
Clean the area where the tattoo will be applied and dry it thoroughly.
Make sure the skin is free of creams and oils.
Cut out the drawing if necessary, leaving a simple border around the design.
Remove the transparent plastic layer from the tattoo face.
Place the drawing directly onto the skin.
Dampen the backing paper with water using a sponge or a damp cloth.
Press gently for approximately 20–30 seconds, or as per the package instructions.
Slowly remove the backing paper and make sure the drawing has been fully transferred.
Allow the tattoo to dry without rubbing or touching it repeatedly.
The tattoo lasts for one to two weeks.
