Payment Methods

Online Payments

When choosing online payment, customers will be redirected to the approved payment gateway to securely complete the transaction. Citty Mall does not store customers’ bank card details, and payment information is processed according to the security procedures and standards of the payment service provider.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once the online payment has been successfully completed or, in the case of Cash on Delivery, once the order has been confirmed according to the applicable procedure.

If an online payment fails or is not completed, the order may not be processed or confirmed. Customers may retry the payment or select another available payment method.

Prices and Amounts Due

The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery or additional fees, will be displayed before the order is completed. The customer is responsible for paying the total amount shown at checkout.

Refunds

If a customer is eligible for a refund under Citty Mall’s Exchange & Return Policy, the refund will be processed using the applicable refund method. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.

Failed or Uncompleted Transactions

If an amount has been deducted from the customer’s account but the order has not been confirmed, please contact our customer service team and provide the order or transaction details so that we can verify the payment status and resolve the issue.

Citty Mall reserves the right to modify the available payment methods or update this Payment Policy when necessary. The policy applicable at the time of placing the order shall apply.
